Wanna learn how to code? Here’s some resources to get you started

The most important resources you need are: access to Google, some basic researching skills and attention to details (this way you’ll start noticing the patterns in how things work, really early on). After that it’s a piece of cake. Once you understand the way it works, you’ll be able to, you can pretty much learn how to do everything by yourself. That’s not to say that there’s anything wrong with the traditional means of education, but somehow the lack of actual practice and practical applications in that teaching process keeps loosing my interest every time.

Here’s the list of web sites and tools that I use fairly regularly:

  • freecodecamp.org
  • stackoverflow.org
  • openbase.com
